Je reçois récemment un e-mail m’informant que mon compte avait été piraté.
Et dès le lendemain je vois apparaître un prélèvement de 106,47 euro sur ma Cb
Étant entendu qu’il n’y a pas eu de demande d’accord pour ce paiement…

Je pensais avoir acheté le .com mais comme je voyais que je ne pouvais pas aller le géré, on m'a dit que j'avais renouvelé pour son propriétaire et que je n'avais aucun droit.
J'ai demandé un remboursement et on me l'a refusé.
Ce nom de domaine n'est même pas actif en plus.

I tried to do a simple domain transfer for one of my int'l .jp domains because Gandi overcharges for them ($90 yr).

My new registrar tried for 10 days to get it transferred from Gandi. Gandi email support is a joke. They email every 2 or 3 days to say its "in process".

worst part they not familiar with they system. and don't have phone # at all.
right no my domain lock up for three month in the system becuse of gandi sas errors .
a simple transfer take more than four moth so far.

Next day they asked to send your ID card. What I got is type of scam, coz they did not mention id requirement at their contact info form.

Recently the web page has been changed from intuitive to extremely difficult to understand & manage.

Support is now so poor as to be completely non-existent.

All questions are answered by e-mailing a dictionary taken from the site "Self Help" instructions.

It is impossible to find the pages to redirect e-mails, to to redirect Web traffic or to change account details
