the have new security product they try to sell,
so to selll more the denied access to edit my file in secure mode,
so I have to change to free mode, which they say is not secure,
even then i cant change to free mode because every time I get error and the website is donw for 1-2 days till they restore it.
No one speaks english and they are very slow,
