Two days after payment to 1&1 ionos germany, they terminated my contract within a min of payment. I contacted them by emails, no respons. i rang, spoke English, he understood me in English but answered me in German that he will not speak English. Next he started saying NO ENGLISH. what racist! .I wrote them with a translation in German. No respond. They claim to be on for their customer 24/7 a week. not true.
