I tend to agree with the fact that probably things went for the worse. I have been using mostly their storage and email for material I did not want to store elsewhere for privacy reason as well as a more private email. I had no reason to complain but then again I was not using much of their services.

Even with the paid plan, I was not able to contact them to know why they blocked some features on my website on a Friday. The services are so slow they are barely usable.

They seemed ok and I called ahead to make sure they weren't deadbeats. I paid for service and got my confirmation email, I wait a day or so and email back inquiring about the ftp info? They stated that since I was from the US i needed to scan my passport to prove my identification, mind you this is AFTER I paid for service. I checked and this request is very illegal.
