The customer support tries to get rid of you instead of helping. Very rude customer service. I had people shouting at me, after I called them because their online service would help.

Another time they did something (I think it was a db upgrade) and my whole site fell apart. There's plenty of included features, forum, wiki, blog, galleries, webmail. I don't use all of them but haven't encountered a problem so far. I don't find their webmail as great as Gmail but it does the job fine.

Currently using iWeb which uploaded well on another web host. Nothing complicated but it appears that Freehostia is very poorly engineered and the help desk sucks. No response for help. In fact they make it difficult to contact them.
