Bluehost India coming in and doing what they did solved many of my problems. Having said that they still can improve in areas like support and customer service. In all goodness, they are much better than other providers like Ionos.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought my hosting account (with my free domain!) until less then 2 hours later when my domain was already up.
